David Bigley - Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer of UHC, David brings broad financial experience to oversee the corporate platform. He is responsible for negotiating partnerships and contracts, maintaining the company’s legal relationships and oversight of risk management.

Prior to joining UHC, David successfully structured over $1 billion in debt and equity financing dealing with many of the major banks in the country including Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Morgan Stanley, Citibank, United Bank of Switzerland, The Royal Bank of Canada, and US Bank. He managed the accounting division of The J. Paul Getty Trust, one of the world’s largest operating foundations with over $10 billion in assets. During his tenure, the Trust built and now operates two world-class museums. Prior to The J. Paul Getty Trust, David was Assistant Vice President of Finance and Accounting with California Federal Bank (now Citibank) where he managed their real estate syndications and accounting division.

David deeply values family, education and community service. He served as board member of the Neighborhood Youth Association for at risk youth in Los Angeles; he is a pastoral counsel, school board, and finance committee member at St Juliana’s Catholic Church and a Board of Regents member for Servite High School. David works with UHC’s non-profit service providers, targeting partnerships with locally recognized companies in each community. He received a B.A. in two majors, Economics and Political Science, from University of California Los Angeles.
