Bios

Mark Irving - Director of Development

Mark has over 20 years of residential and commercial real estate experience. He is responsible for acquisition, feasibility, planning and entitlement of sites for UHC. His accomplishments include the acquisition and redevelopment of 13 contiguous properties of a once blighted area that is now the 55 unit Crossings at Escondido.

Prior to joining UHC in 2007, he worked for KB Home in the role of Project Manager. In the 1990s Mark advised multi-national corporations regarding international real estate requirements, practices, and market trends. Mark earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Notre Dame in 1987, and is licensed to sell real estate in the state of California.
