Robert Gaouette - VP Construction

After more than 30 years in the industry, Bob brings his vast experience to all aspects of UHC construction operations, from cost estimating to bidding and negotiating prime contracts, managing field personnel, scheduling and coordinating all phases of construction.

Bob leads UHC’s team of expert consultants, from general contractors and architects, to engineers and designers. Having started his construction career at a young age as a carpenter, gaining hands-on experience, he worked his way up through the industry from superintendent to general manager, for general contracting firms.

As project and general manager, he was responsible for the construction of a vast variety of projects from retail shopping centers, assisted living and medical, office and industrial developments to multi-family housing. In his time with UHC, he has delivered every project on time.
